(2)to exercise general supervision and administrative control over physical education teachers, coaches, field staff, office staff and other employees working under the administrative control of the District Authority and all the Members-Secretaries of the Mandal Authorities in the District, subject to the general supervision and control of the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of the Sports Authority:
