Section 11(a) in Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Board Service Regulations, 1989
(a)At the end of the prescribed period of probation or extended period of probation, as the case may be, the appointing authority shall consider the probationer's suitability for full membership in the post in which he/she is a probationer.
