Section 28 in Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act, 2019
28. Finance Committee.
(1)The Finance Committee shall be the principal financial body of a Private University to take care of the financial matters.(2)The constitution of the Finance Committee, the term of office of its members and its powers and functions shall be such as may be prescribed.
