Section 45 in The Maharashtra Agricultural Income Tax Act, 1962
45. Power to inspect the register of members of any company.
- The Agricultural Income-tax Officer or any person authorised by him in writing in this behalf may inspect and, if necessary, take copies or cause copies to be taken of any register of the members, debenture -holders or mortgages of any company or of any entry in such register.
