74. Arrangement of valid ballot papers in parcels.
- After rejecting the ballot papers which are invalid, the returning officer shall-(a)arrange the remaining ballot papers in parcels according to the first preference recorded for each candidate;(b)count and record the number of papers in each parcel and the total number; and(c)credit to each candidate the value of the papers in his parcel.
