Section 17(1) in Delhi Legal Services Authority Regulations,2002
(1)The Secretary of the District Authority shall convene and organise Lok Adalats at regular intervals or on such dates, as may be directed by the State Authority;Provided that in order to co-ordinate the holding of Lok Adalats, Member Secretary may, with the approval of the Executive Chairman prepare a quarterly roaster for holding Lok Adalats at different places.
