Any judicial officer may order a licenced petition-writer to rewrite any petition written by him which contravenes Rule 776, or is illegible, obscure or prolix, or contains any irrelevant matter or misquotation, or is, from any other cause, in the opinion of such officer, informal or otherwise objectionable. An order passed under this rule shall not be revised except by the officer who made it.
