Section 12(1)(d) in The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Rules, 2017

(d)if a spouse of the employee of the Bureau is a Government servant or an employee of a public sector undertaking and is posted at the same station, the benefit of leased accommodation shall be admissible to the employee of the Bureau subject to submission of a no objection certificate from the office of the spouse;
