Section 25(4) in The Rajasthan Civil Services (Commutation of Pension) Rules, 1981
(4)If a request for reduction in the amount of pension to be commuted is made as provided in clause (b) of sub-rule (2), the [Director, Pension Department] [Substituted vide F. D. Notification No. F. 1 (45) FD/Gr. 2/83, dated 17-1-1984 w.e.f. 1-12-1983.] shall authorise the payment of commuted value of pension with reference to the reduced amount.
