Section 2(13) in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
(13)"Company" means a company as defined under the Companies Act, 1956 and includes a banking company and also any board, corporation 01 other corporate body, constituted or established by any Central or State Act for the purpose of the development of any industry;
