Section 13(a) in Orissa State Bar Council Rules, 1989
(a)Not less than 20 clear days before the date fixed for election, the Secretary shall publish the names of all the candidates validly nominated except the names of those who have withdrawn under Rule 10 as nearly as possible in Form 'B' on the Notice Board of the Bar Council.
