Section 660(2) in Criminal Courts - Rules and Orders
(2)The head copyist shall every day give to each copyist as many blank sheets as will approximately suffice for the day's work and see that each evening each copyist returns to him the number, given whether used, unused or spoilt and the notes of these transactions shall be kept in a rough note book.Note. - The head copyist is responsible for the correct balance of blank sheets. He should be provided with a box and good lock for the custody of blank sheets.
