Section 6(c) in Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority Regulations, 2016
(c)If more than one applicant makes application for a particular plot, Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority shall take steps for allotment by way of closed-bidding process and highest bidder shall be allotted subject to fulfilment of other conditions. In case of tie after dosed-bid auction process, the successful applicant will be decided through lottery.
