Section 28 in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
28. Provident fund.
- The [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] shall constitute, for the benefit of its whole time paid members and of its officer and other employees in such manner and subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed, such provident fund as it may deem fit.
