: - Where the collaboration between a Co-operative Society and any other organisation or organisations requires the creation of a new organisation, the new organisation may be registered as a company or a public society, as appropriate for the fulfilments of the objective with which it was created, and such collaboration shall be reviewed every year by the general body of the Co-operative Society.
