Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records comprised in impugned Revision Order of the 2nd Respondent in R.P.No.280/2015/B1 dated 05.10.2015 on the file of the 2nd Respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to give the petitioners refund of ITC.
