Section 14(2) in The Uttar Pradesh State Sports University Act, 2021
(2)The Directors shall assist the Vice-Chancellor in managing the academic, physical activities, administrative, financial and other affairs of the University and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed or entrusted to them by the Vice-Chancellor.
