Section 9(1)(g) in Urban Street Vendors and Hawkers (Registration and Regulation) Bye-laws, 2010

(g)To inspect or cause inspection of the vending spaces to ensure satisfactory sanitary and hygienic conditions, regular and proper system for collection and disposal of solid waste from the vending spaces and if not satisfied, to bring the same to the notice of the Commissioner to enable needful corrective action.
