117. Counter-balancing in weighment.
- If any rope or gunny bag or any other article is used to tie-bundle in the pan on the agricultural produce side of the scale, a weight equivalent to weight of the rope or the gunny bag or of the article so used shall be added to the pan on the weight side of the scale in order to counter-balance the weight of the rope or of the gunny bag or of the article used for tieing the bundle.
