Section 25(1) in The Gujarat Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, any certificate required by any law to be signed or authenticated by a duly qualified veterinary practitioner shall be valid only if it has been signed or authenticated by a veterinary practitioner registered under this Act.
