254. Powers of officers of Motor Vehicles Department.
- Any officer of the Motor Vehicles Department, of above the rank of an Assistant Inspector of Motor Vehicles shall exercise the powers under the provisions of Sections 114 (1), (2) and (3), 132(1), 133, 134(b), 136, 158(1) and (4), 206, 207 and 213, subject to the restrictions imposed therein.
