(4)Clause (9) shall be omitted.Section 5. - For the words "or High Schools recognised by" the words "affiliated to" shall be substituted.Section 8. - (1) For clauses (a), (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) the following shall be substituted, namely:-"(a) affiliated colleges, and(b)approved institutions."
