Section 5(1) in The U.P. Basic Education Act, 1972
(1)The business of the Board and of [* * *] [Omitted by U.P. Act No. 18 of 2000 (w.e.f. 21.6.1999).] Gaon Shiksha Samiti referred to in Section 11 shall be conducted in accordance with such regulations as the Board may, with the previous approval of the State Government, make in that behalf.
