410E. Removal of unauthorised hoarding.
- Any hoarding erected without a licence shall be confiscated and removed by the [District Collector] [Substituted for the word 'Commissioner' by the Tamil Nadu Municipal Laws (Amendment) Act, 2000 (Tamil Nadu Act 26 of 2000).], without giving any notice.
