Section 18(4) in The Haryana State Legal Service Authority Rules, 1995

(4)The State Government may nominate in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, two persons as specified in sub-rule (3) of this rule from amongst those possession the qualifications and experience prescribed in sub-rule (5) of this rule.
