Section 82(3) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
(3)Unless otherwise provided by these rules or by an order of the Tribunal, a summons, which is an interlocutory application in a proceeding, shall be served not less than three clear days before the day named in the summons for the hearing thereof, and where the summons is other than interlocutory, it shall be served riot less than ten days before the date fixed for the hearing thereof.
