Heard learned senior counsel/counsel for the parties. Upon hearing the learned senior counsel/counsel for the parties, it appears that mistake has crept in the last order. Instead of I.A. No. 116191/2022 an order has been noted in I.A. Signature Not Verified No. 129648/2022. Thus the order passed is hereby clarified that Digitally signed by SONIA BHASIN Date: 2023.01.28 12:56:56 IST Reason: notice is issued in I.A. No. 116191/2022. 1 SLP(C) No(s). 6024-6025/2022 I.A. No. 129648/2022 has to be heard by an appropriate Bench and not before the Single Judge in Chamber.
It is also been informed that counter affidavit has also been filed in I.A. No. 116191/2022.
List I.A. No. 116191/2022 next week with the main matter for hearing.
IA No. 2721/2023 is allowed accordingly. It is clarified that in view of the aforesaid mistake being bona fide no further action is required.
Consequently, the Registry is directed to delete the order uploaded on 20th December, 2022 at 16.30 IST, which is shown at page no. 10 of the application-paper book, in I.A. No. 129648/2022.
