                          ORDER (Oral)

Mr. Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:

This Contempt Petition is filed alleging that the respondents did not implement the order dated 20.03.2017 passed in OA No. 4588/2015 by this Tribunal.

2. It is stated that the Writ Petition filed by the respondents against the order of the Tribunal was dismissed by the Hon'ble High Court. Learned counsel for the respondents, further, submitted that an SLP was filed challenging the order of the Hon'ble High Court and the same was stayed.

3. We, therefore, close the Contempt Petition leaving it open to the applicants to pursue the remedies in accordance with law depending upon the outcome of SLP.
