Section 4 in Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016
4. Licensing Authority.
- The Sub Divisional Officer under his territorial jurisdiction shall be the licensing authority who shall issue, regulate and control license to fair price shops under the provisions of this Order. The licensing powers of the licensing authority shall not be delegatable.
