Section 43(2) in Telangana State Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(2)On dissolution of the University all the assets and liabilities of the Universities shall vest in the Sponsoring Body in the manner prescribed:Provided that any specific concessions assigned by the Government to the University shall be resumed to the Government.
