(2)The provisions of these rules relating to sea going vessels shall also apply to sea planes; Catamarans, hovercrafts and Hydrofoils Sailing - Yachts, but where, as a result of their special construction, it is not possible for them to comply fully with the provisions of specifying of the carrying of lights and shapes the fact is to be reported to the conservator.Chapter-II Sea-Going Vessels(Including inter-island vessels)
