Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 R/w Article 215 of the
Constitution of India, praying to initiate proceedings for
contempt against the accused for their willful, deliberate,
wanton disobedience, of order of this Hon'ble Court dated
25.09.2021 passed in Writ Petition No.201341/2021 vide
Annexure-j to this Contempt of Court petition.

ORDER
None appears for the complainants/petitioners either through video conference or before the Court physically. 4 Learned counsel Sri Sharanabasappa K. Babshetty for the respondent/accused is present before the Court physically.
In this matter, respondent has submitted an endorsement dated 25.10.2021, wherein it is stated in detail relating to compliance of the order dated 25.09.2021 passed by the learned single judge in W.P.No.201341/2021. Subsequent to compliance of the order and also in view of endorsement, requesting the Government to issue some directions relating to payment of salary to the petitioners, this petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped.
