These two writ petition nos. 9176 of 2010 and 41466 of 2010 have come up after nomination.
Heard learned counsels for the parties.
Sri Vishnu Sahai Advocate appeared on behalf of petitioner Bahori Lal in Writ Petition No. 41466 of 2010 who is also impleaded as respondent no. 11 in Writ Petition No. 9176 of 2010. He prays for and is allowed ten days' time from today to file counter affidavit.
Sri M.A. Qadeer Senior Advocate, Sri I.N. Singh and Sri Ayub Khan Advocates may also file counter affidavit in Writ Petition No. 41466 of 2010 within ten days from today. Rejoinder affidavit in both the writ petitions may be filed within a week thereafter.
List on 26.8.2010 for admission/final disposal. It is made clear that the writ petitions shall be listed at 2.00 P.M. after lunch and no adjournment shall be granted to either parties.
Till the next date of listing, status quo as on today shall be maintained.
