- The Commissioners shall, so soon as conveniently may be after having apportioned the sums to be payable by the holders of the lands of any village respectively, make and publish a report describing the several lands in respect of which they have declared such sums to be payable, the names of the respective holders thereof who have been made liable to pay the same to the Collector, and the sum payable by each in respect of the same.Every such report shall distinguish between the reclaimed lands and the improved lands, and shall classify the latter according to the extent of the improvement.A copy of such report shall be sent through the Collector to the Commissioner of the Division, for confirmation by such Commissioner.
