Section 3(1) in Sri Venkatesware Institute of Medical Science University Act, 1995
(1)As soon as may be after the commencement or this Act, the Government may by notification, declare that Sri Vonbatoswara Institute of Medical Sciences, Tirupathi registered as a society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Central Act 21 of 1860) as University.
