Section 24(2) in The Gujarat Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(2)Any person who acts in contravention of the provisions of sub-section (1) shall, on conviction, be punished-(i)for the first offence with fine which may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees; and(ii)for the second or subsequent offence with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
