(1)This Act may be called The [Central Road and Infrastructure] [Substituted 'Central Road' by Finance Act, 2018 (Act No. 13 of 2018) dated 29.3.2018.] Fund Act , 2000.(2)It extends to the whole of India .(3)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, it shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of November, 2000.
