Section 3 in Planning Assistant, Class III, (Departmental Examination) Rules, 2012

Every person who is appointed as Planning Assistant, Class III, shall be required to pass the examination within a period of three years (four years in the case of a person belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes) from his regular appointment as Planning Assistant.
