Prayer in W.P.Nos.8674, 8405 and 7625 of 2014:  Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to extend the benefit of G.O.(1D) No.327, Education Department, dated 18.11.2013 to the petitioners, fix their scale of pay at Rs.2000-3500 or the corresponding pay as per the subsequent V Pay Commission from the date of regularisation of their service in the cadre of Vocational Instructor (Agriculture) with all consequential service and monetary benefits within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

COMMON ORDER
	

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that similar order has been passed in W.P.No.6433 of 2014 and the same order can be passed in this Writ Petition also.

3. It is relevant to extract para 5 of the said order as hereunder:

5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners during the period December 2013 to February 2014, and pass appropriate orders on the same, in the light of G.O.(1D) No.327, Education Department, dated 18.11.2013 and the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32121 of 2006, dated 05.01.2010, which has been confirmed by the Honourable Supreme Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders on the same, in the light of G.O.(1D) No.327, Education Department, dated 18.11.2013 and the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32121 of 2006, dated 05.01.2010, which has been confirmed by the Honourable Supreme Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
