Section 1024(a) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(a)An annual statement showing the strength and armament of the force shall be submitted in B. P. Form No. 192 direct to the Inspector-General by the Deputy Inspector-General, Criminal Investigation Department and Intelligence Branch, all Superintendents and the Principal, Police Training College on or before the 10th January every year.
