Section 27(1) in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Finance, Budget and Accounts Rules, 2014
(1)At the end of each year the Panchayat Samitis shall prepare its annual account in Form FBA-9 showing its income and expenditure undereach of the budget heads and send it to the Zila Parishad by the following 15th May for transmission to the Government with its observations, if any.
