Section 26(1) in The Punjab Co-operative Land Mortgage Banks Act, 1957
(1)The Board or Trustee may direct the Committee of a Primary Land Mortgage Bank to take action against a defaulter under section 12, or section 15 and if the Committee neglects or fails to do so the Board or the Trustee may take such action.
