Section 63(1) in The Orissa Registration Rules, 1988
(1)The Registering Officer shall decide the admissibility of a document on enquiry under Sub-section (3) of Section 34 of the Act, Confining himself to the fact of execution by the person by whom it purports to have been executed. He is not required to enquire as to the validity of the document.
