Section 1 in The Indian Electricity (Assam Amendment) Act, 1973
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Indian Electricity (Assam Amendment) Act, 1973.(2)It shall extend to the State of Assam.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 27th day of September, 1972.
