Section 42A(1) in The M.P. Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam, 1993
(1)In the exercise of powers under Section 42, the State Election Commission may, in consultation with the State Government, appoint officers and members of staff for conducting elections to Panchayats.
