4. Period of licence and time within which an application for licence is to be made.
- The licence shall be valid for one year from the 1st April to the 31st March of the succeeding year. An application for grant of a domestic or commercial licence can be made at any time during a year to the Licensing Officer. However, the licence issued during any part of the year after the month of April of any year be valid up to the 31st March of the same or following year.
