Section 17(2) in The U.P. High Speed Diesel Oil and Light Diesel Oil (Maintenance of Supplies and Distribution) Order, 1981
(2)The owner of a pumping set or tube-well operated by diesel store or have in possession one hundred and fifty litres of High Speed Diesel Oil for each pumping set or tube-well:Provided that the said quantity shall not include the High Speed Diesel Oil introduced in generating set of the pump or tube well.
