(b)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers orders may be passed by Government providing for :-(i)the election of the Fellows under Section 13;(ii)the election of the Syndicate to ensure its continuity; and(iii)the constitution of Faculties and the allocation of Fellows thereto.
