Section 16(7) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1965
(7)Notwithstanding anything in any other law for the time being in force, the registration of the new societies shall be a sufficient conveyance to vest the assets and liabilities of the original society in the new societies in the manner specified in the preliminary resolution as confirmed under sub-section (4).
