34. Penalties.
- Any employer who contravenes any provisions of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder shall, if no other penalty is provided for the offence, be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees for the first offence and to five hundred rupees for every subsequent offence after the first conviction.
